IntroDUCTORY Call
During this call, we’ll share a little about Pinnacle and give you a high-level overview of how we’ll handle your nonprofit accounting on an outsourced basis. This call will last about 15 – 20 minutes. We know you’ll like what you hear!

Discovery CAll
In the next step, we’ll schedule a Needs Assessment. During this call, we’ll dive deeper into your nonprofit accounting processes. We’ll ask a lot of questions. You’ll ask a lot of questions. And together we’ll determine the services you want Pinnacle to provide. This generally lasts 45 – 60 minutes.

Proposal Call
After the Needs Assessment, we’ll prepare a proposal of Pinnacle nonprofit accounting services customized for your organization. This will include a “Statement of Work” which will list the tasks to be assigned to Pinnacle and any that will be assigned to you
